Report Content Review

Check report information, dates, tables and internal logic against enabled industry rules.

Documents
An inspection report. Coverage depends on enabled industry rules and readable document content.
Results
Issue descriptions, source text and available locations for professional verification.
Cross-file Consistency Review

Compare fields, values and timelines across related documents after matching the same sample, item or business object.

Documents
The report and its corresponding source records, task sheets, commission agreements or request forms.
Results
Confirmed differences with evidence from both documents; uncertain matches or insufficient evidence remain unresolved or unaudited.
CMA Mark Audit

Compare report test items and methods with the supplied CMA capability schedule to help review qualification scope.

Documents
The inspection report and the laboratory's corresponding CMA capability schedule.
Results
Item and method matches and issues requiring review; this does not replace an authority's qualification determination.
CNAS Qualification Audit

Compare report test items and methods with the uploaded CNAS capability schedule to review accreditation scope.

Documents
The inspection report and the laboratory's corresponding CNAS capability schedule in PDF format.
Results
Scope comparison results and source text for professional confirmation.
One-Library Comparison

Extract standard identifiers and method information from a CMA schedule and compare them with the available official capability library.

Documents
A CMA capability schedule and an available capability library configured in the deployment. This service can run without an inspection report.
Results
Library matches and differences, limited to the actual capability library version.
Test Item Standards Compliance Review

Use supplied or available library standards to check test items and technical requirements under enabled review rules.

Documents
The report and relevant standards, or ready-to-use standards documents in the deployment's knowledge library.
Results
Differences and supporting references; professionals must confirm the applicable standard version and conditions.
Customer Basic Info Audit

Compare basic information in reports and customer profiles, including names and addresses.

Documents
The report and corresponding customer profiles. Confirm the comparison subject in the workbench.
Results
Field comparisons with source evidence, without guessing identities or filling missing information from outside sources.

One place to upload. A clear path to review.

Add files in one place, then confirm their purposes, review capabilities and rules.

  1. 01

    Upload together

Drop your review files into one area or select several at once, without separate upload sections.

  2. 02

    Confirm file purposes

Confirm each file’s purpose in the list so the report and its supporting documents are correctly linked.

  3. 03

    Choose capabilities and rules

Choose review capabilities, check the industry and rules, then complete the required materials before submitting.

Prepare only what your review needs. Check the workbench for available formats and requirements.

Deployment conditions and acceptance

Confirm permissions, storage and backups, then assess models, knowledge libraries, OCR, conversion and compute. Fully offline use requires verifying all dependencies and licensing. Validate coverage, source locations, exports and workflows with agreed samples before rollout.

A few more answers.

Do I need to sign in to read the product introduction?

No. Capabilities, document requirements, plan types and private deployment information are public. Uploads, review tasks, history and account services require sign-in. Customer files are not published as cases.

Do I need separate uploads for different documents?

No. Add files in one upload area, with multiple selection supported, then confirm each file’s purpose in the list. Supply only the materials needed for your selected capabilities. Check the workbench for specific requirements.

Does finding no differences mean the entire report has passed?

No. Coverage depends on selected services, enabled rules and available evidence. Missing extraction, uncertain matching, unexecuted checks or insufficient evidence do not establish consistency. Professional verification is required.

Is a private deployment always fully offline?

Not automatically. Intranet deployments and local model and conversion services can be planned. Fully offline operation requires checking all dependencies, licensing, models and conversion paths in the target environment.
